While some Kickstarter projects have delivered, many have failed to live up to the hype. And it looks as though RokBlok belongs in the latter category.
This was meant to be a cool Bluetooth speaker that drove around your vinyl records to save you the hassle of setting up an actual record player.
However, according to this review, RokBlok doesn’t quite work. Yes, it functions, and yes, it plays vinyl records. But it doesn’t exactly sound good while doing so.
The comments on the Kickstarter page suggest this isn’t a one-off either, with numerous people lodging complaints about RokBlok. What a shame.
