Dyson is one of the most innovative companies in the world. James Dyson is an inventor who is constantly trying to improve on designs for products we take for granted.
He and his team of engineers has already given us the bagless vacuum cleaner and the fast-drying hand dryer. And the latest Dyson product to hit the market? A bladeless desktop fan which is seen here being demonstrated to people stunned by how it works.
The product is officially known as the Dyson Air Multiplier Bladeless Fan and it’s certainly clever technology. Rather than using blades to push air outwards, it uses a brushless motor in the base which pushes air up and outwards.
The only problem is the price, with the Dyson bladeless fan costing $300 upwards, which is a little hefty in this economy for what is essentially a device which mimics the act of opening a window.
