The online auction site eBay has recently changed their listing fees, and introduced some controversial policy changes to do with the feedback system.
A group of eBay users, ranging from power sellers to everyday buyers have said “enough is enough” and called for a week long boycott of the site to try and force a climb down over these decisions.
While I think boycotting a site is a strong arm tactic, I do have sympathy for the people behind the call for action, as eBay is ruining what is has by not listening to their views.
eBay started off as a place to buy and sell, for ordinary people to make a bit of money, but like so many good ideas, it seems greed has started to play a part, and that’s never good.
