Pitch Perfect was a very funny and phenomenally successful comedy released in 2012. And now the cast is back for an overdue sequel, cleverly titled Pitch Perfect 2.
Will Pitch Perfect 2 better the original? Or will this one fall flat by failing in the areas where the last one succeeded? The Schmoes know, and they’re willing to share their opinions with us.
Anna Kendrick and Rebel Wilson are back for this sequel, as are the jokes and the singing numbers. However, the storyline seems to be a little lacking.
Pitch Perfect 2 appears to suffer from the usual problems faced by sequels. Which is delivering all of the elements people loved about the original while still keeping things fresh. Still, it is fun.
