I love how-to videos. Making life easier little bits at a time and learning new things makes me happy.
And, done just about any way, I love my eggs, too. Having an egg salad sandwich make from hard boiled eggs is a special treat, but peeling the eggs has always been a pain in the arse.
Until now, that is.
I haven’t tried this technique yet, as I don’t have any hard boiled eggs in the house, but if it’s half as easy as he makes it look like, then I am in!
