Remember those Mentos commercials that came on during every commercial break of every show on television about 10 years ago? I never quite got the point they were trying to make, but they were just begging for a parody. And lo and behold, the Foo Fighters did it.
I’m not a huge fan of this song, but the video is one of my all-time favorites. You’ve got to love the “Footos” play on Mentos, and the kid getting onstage with the band thanks to his favorite candy. And best of all, there’s Dave Grohl in braids! What more could you ask for in a music video parody of a candy commercial?
