This is especially true if a mistake is videoed and regarded as entertaining enough to become a viral video hit. Such as this one showing a fork lift driver making a very big error of judgment and almost paying for it with his life.
In the end, he walked away virtually unscathed, but the stacking system of the warehouse was ruined and over $170,000 worth of vodka and cognac was damaged or destroyed in the process. An epic fail if ever I saw one.
