According to Fox News we’re all making too much of this News Of The World phone hacking scandal and need to move on to proper news that actually matters. Oh, alright then, let’s just do that.
No one should be the least bit surprised at this report, because News Corp. and Rupert Murdoch are battling to hold onto the few people who still listen to and trust them. And it’s a number that is dwindling.
However, this is so blatant that it really blows out of the water any idea that Fox News is an unbiased, reputable news organization. It’s as biased as they come and clearly cannot be trusted to tell the truth.
Journalism used to be about getting to the truth. With Fox News it’s about protecting its own. And with the News Of The World it was about getting the inside scoop by any means necessary. Shame on them all.
