One of Marvel’s biggest and baddest characters is coming to the big-screen, with Tom Hardy taking on the role of Venom.
Venom is both a hero and a villain, helping people he sees as innocents while also going after Spider-Man for reasons too complex to go into here.
The film, simply titled Venom, is an origin story showing how Eddie Brock became Venom after bonding with an alien symbiote.
This video is just a teaser trailer, so we don’t get to see Venom in all his glory. However, with Hardy in the lead role I’m hopeful that this will live up to the hype.
Venom is due to be released on October 5, 2018.
