Jackie Chan is back, and about time too. His new movie is called The Foreigner, and it’s a political thriller come action flick.
Chan stars as a father who loses his daughter in a terror attack. He wants revenge, and so seeks ut Pierce Brosnan’s character, who is in a position to help.
The biggest surprise here for me is that Stuckmann enjoys Brosnan’s performance. Because I don’t personally rate the former James Bond as an actor.
The Foreigner feels to me like a more serious take on the Taken concept, with a determined father seeking justice for his offspring. And Jackie Chan is in it, so I’m seeing it.
