I hate to think how many times I have seen this prank played on random, unsuspecting individuals. There they are enjoying the spectacle of a lighted birthday cake and then Bam!, their face ends up in it.
Unfortunately for this girl, and less so for the people around her, she doesn’t instantly react by lifting her head and spewing bile (and bits of half=eaten cake) at everyone in close proximity. Instead she stays down.
Perhaps she had been knocked unconscious. Perhaps she was just playing it for shock and/or laughs. Perhaps this whole video is nothing more than a fake. We’ll probably never know, but it’s funny all the same.
