Funny Black Friday News Video | Taiwanese News Animates Its Idea Of Black Friday In U.S.

32 sec read

Why show stock footage of the news of the day when you can animate it? That’s the philosophy at Taiwan news station NMA anyway, and its Black Friday 2010 report is a joy to behold.

Black Friday is with us once again, but what does the rest of the world think about America’s obsession with nabbing a bargain the day after they gorged themselves on deep-fried turkey and desserts of all kinds for Thanksgiving?

Maybe this video has the answer, as it features an animated version of how Black Friday is seen in Taiwan: a load of fat, sweaty Americans greedily chasing money off while being violent and aggressive towards everyone who gets in their way?

Is that accurate? Probably, but even if it isn’t the animation is funny. I especially like the guy who shoots another guy in the face with a bazooka. Those pesky Americans and their love of guns. Tch.
