I suppose you could file this Blaupunkt commercial in the “advertisements that are too racy for American television” drawer. At least I’ve never seen it in the U.S.
The stars of this ad are a teddy bear and a stuffed bunny. They coincidentally end up bouncing around in the back of a car in suggestive positions, thanks to the driver’s kickin’ Blaupunkt speakers.
I don’t get why they censor stuff like this in the U.S. You can have nearly naked women in commercials, but anything that suggests two parties actually getting it on is taboo. Maybe the powers that be consider it bestiality, since the bear and bunny are two different species.
