This news anchor clearly doesn’t know what the word “canoodle” means, even though the report he should have been sat there watching made clear it means more than just chatting.
The anchor throws to the weather girl and tries to segue from the report to the weather by mentioning “canoodling.” Until someone in his ear informs him of the faux pas he’s just made.
Judging be her reaction I think we can safely say that she won’t be doing any canoodling anytime soon. Whether with the anchor or anyone else for that matter. The idea clearly repulsed her.
Did she really need to react in that way, verbally cutting him down and doing the whole ‘off-limits’ hands thing for good measure? She could have played along and given everyone even more of a laugh.
