This video makes me wonder how on earth this dumb dog ever graduated from the police academy.
Pluto seems to have a fairly simple job description: chase the criminal, and then catch the criminal. To be fair, he seems to have the chasing part down. But catching is another thing entirely.
It’s not like this crim is going to set any land speed records. Poor Pluto just doesn’t seem to understand what he’s meant to do next.
It actually looks like he thinks the whole thing is a big game instead of the serious business of an arrest! He may be hopeless, but he’s awfully cute.
