At the end of the day these people are too thick to know that at the end of the day comes night. Or a Jeremy Kyle marathon.
If you’ve never seen an episode of The Jeremy Kyle Show then I applaud your good taste and sense of decency. It does, however, mean you’ve missed out on people such as this showing the full range of their vocabulary.
I’m not saying I’ve never said, “At the end of the day,” because I have. But what I don’t do is use it every time I want to make a point. The same way I don’t use “basically,” and “anyway.”
Anyone who watches this and then decides they need to tune in to The Jeremy Kyle Show needs their head examining. Please, do yourself a favor and avoid the show at all costs. For your own sanity.
