Laughing at this video is undeniably sadistic, but I challenge you not to. There is something undeniably hilarious about kids falling off of trikes.
The humor definitely lies between the familiarity of these situations and the agonizing moment of lost control seconds before the crash.
The other thing that is so great about kids crashing is that they don’t realize they are going to crash until they have. Actually, it seems like a lot of them still haven’t realized they have crashed even afterwards.
They just sort of lie there in silence; dazed and wondering what the hell just happened. It isn’t until their parents respond either with laughter or by running over to baby them do they evaluate their situation.
