I think its safe to assume that everyone who eats out regularly will be familiar with waiters who refuse to write your order down.
They’ll stand there while you reel off your list of demands, and no matter how convoluted the order gets, they’ll refuse to admit defeat.
Then your order comes, and lo and behold, there’s usually something slightly wrong with it. Even if it’s just one thing that’s different than what was requested.
