Funny Waterstones O.W.L.S. Video | Book Retailer Mocks Amazon Prime Air

Forget Amazon Prime Air, which will see products delivered by aerial drones, the future is O.W.L.S, which, as the name suggests, will see products delivered by owls. Yes, real owls.

Unfortunately for those of us partial to these adorable creatures, O.W.L.S. is just a spoof from British booksellers Waterstones.

The company moved quickly to counter the Amazon initiative, immediately announcing this rival system for delivering books to people’s houses.

Remember that this may take a while to become reality because, as Waterstones makes clear, “it takes ages to train owls to do anything and we only just thought of it this morning.”
