American President George W. Bush does a fine job of making a fool of himself without help from anyone else. But this doctored-up YouTube video is still a hoot. It combines a whole lot of nonsense with some truths that we’ll never hear from Bush himself.
If this wasn’t supposedly from Bush’s televised address, it would almost pass as the real deal. The audio synch is dead on, and the voice impersonation is pretty darned good.
Besides that, it’s not that big of a stretch that he might actually say things like this after he just “smoked a doobie”. He has a hard enough time speaking intelligibly in a normal state of mind.
