Singing In The Rain meets Umbrella in what I feel is the best song Glee has ever covered. I love mashups anyway, but this one is better than most. It works, it’s as simple as that.
This song closed what I also consider to be the best episode of Glee yet. It had a little bit of everything: Gwyneth Paltrow, sex, violence, fantastic music, humor, and well, everything else you could want from a show of this nature.
I hope Paltrow is back in future episodes. She can sing, for starters, and she’s also a fantastic actor who can seemingly adapt to any kind of role. And this one on Glee suited her down to the ground.
