Tina Fey and Amy Poehler shared presenting duties for the 2015 Golden Globes. And, as has become standard for this particular awards show, they delivered a cutting opening monologue.
During the 10-minute-long opener, Fey and Poehler poked fun at the assembled guests, as well as some of the celebrities who weren’t present because they haven’t been nominated for anything.
George Clooney got taken down a peg or two with the suggestion his wife Amal Alamuddin is more worthy of receiving a lifetime achievement award, while Emma Stone took some ribbing for her huge eyes.
The biggest laugh of the night came when Fey and Poehler laid into Bill Cosby, currently battling against claims of serious sexual misdemeanors from around 30 women.
