“Griff the Invisible” Movie Trailer Video | Ryan Kwanten’s Australian Superhero Film

After countless comic book adaptations we might be suffering from superhero film fatigue. But the Aussies have brought something different to the genre with the charming new movie, Griff the Invisible.

The flick stars True Blood actor Ryan Kwanten in the title role of Griff, a lonely guy posing as a superhero. He doesn’t seem to have a great many super abilities, but then love comes along.

The Aussies were never going to match the special effects of Hollywood superhero movies, so I applaud them for going down a more unusual path. It might even be the sort of film that geeky guys and their girlfriends will want to see!

Griff the Invisible hits Australian theaters in March, with international release dates to follow.
