It seems incredible to me now looking back that the two biggest rappers around at one point were Vanilla Ice and MC Hammer. What the hell were we all thinking in the early 1990s? It makes me ashamed to belong to my generation.
One of the worst things about MC Hammer was his bloody stupid pants. Oh, I know they were really practical for his energetic dance moves but come on, only a moron would think they’re stylish or try and wear similar these days.
Maybe not. Because this video shows hundreds of people doing just that when they invade a trendy clothes store and perform the dance moves to MC Hammer’s biggest hit, U Can’t Touch This. You know what? I wouldn’t to touch anything that’s been near those pants.
This is a flashmob of the highest order, well rehearsed, well-disciplined, and very funny to watch. My only slight problem is the aggressive nature some of the participants have when they first enter the store. Even I’d be scared of aggressive white people in MC Hammer pants!
