Harry Potter and The Half-Blood Prince Review Video | New HP Movie Worth Seeing?

36 sec read

Harry Potter and The Half-Blood Prince opened at midnight last night all across the United States, and is due to open elsewhere in the world today. Is the sixth book-to-movie adaptation worth seeing? Time for a review.

This Harry Potter and The Half-Blood Prince review comes courtesy of two young women who are clearly fans of the series but are open-minded enough to criticize where appropriate. Which is what you want from honest movie reviewers.

They discuss the quality of the acting, awkward moments, and how the movie was different to the book. When I go and see the film tonight I know know what parts to watch out for, either for laughs or embarrassment.

Why Harry Potter and The Half-Blood Prince is quite as long as it is (2 and a half hours) I have no idea. But the final book, Harry Potter and The Deathly Hallows, is considered meaty enough to warrant two films. I get the feeling the people involved don’t want the paydays to stop.
