I don’t have kids myself, but I do have a niece and nephew, and friends who have kids. One thing I’ve noticed is that they won’t take No for an answer. At least not without putting up a damn good fight.
This video shows the third episode of a great YouTube series titled Convos With My 2-Year-Old. A grown man plays the young child as they reenact a real conversation.
The kid wants one more cookie, and won’t accept a negative response. Even when the dad lies and states that all of the cookies are gone, the kid carries on demanding.
I love the fact the real kid is revealed at the end, and she got her cookie too, so clearly she’s the one in charge in this relationship.
