Real life, now there is a strange concept. Actually talk to people face to face, converse in person, go out with groups of friends, poke your head out from behind the laptop every now and then. What the hell?
Facebook has a new challenger for its social networking crown. It may have seen off MySpace quite convincingly, but Google+ may pose more of a threat. Not that everyone is a fan.
People such as Alex Day for instance, who uses this video to rant and rave against social networks, and particularly Google+. He’s a fan of Real Life instead, though I personally haven’t a clue what he’s referring to.
What’s ironic, of course, is that Day is posting this on YouTube, which is a social networking site itself in many ways. And Day will have had to spend time on the Web making it. What about Real Life eh, you muppet?
