Making video games used to be so simple, to the point at which people designed and programmed them at home in their bedrooms. Now, they’re multi-million productions to rival big-budget movies.
The problem is that even the largest team of game developers are going to miss something in production. And the army of Q&A testers will likely miss a few bugs or performance issues before the game is released. As can be seen here.

First they allow a criminal to hide behind a fisherman. Then they let him get away with pushing said fisherman into the water. After the cops on foot are also pushed in then several squad cars arrive only to drive straight into the drink. Oops.
