It’s rather hot in Australia right now. How hot? Hot enough to fry eggs outside using nothing but the heat from the sun.
Which is, if you hadn’t already guessed by now, rather hot.
These guys leave a skillet out on the sidewalk for a while to let the heat build up. Then they crack two eggs into it and let them fry under the midday sun.
They could do with some lessons in how to cook eggs, how to cut down on salt, and even how to eat a sandwich on film without looking like a greedy pig. But I guess that would be missing the point.
