Monkey bread, otherwise known as sticky bread, African coffee cake, bubbleloaf, amongst others is a gooey pastry that is mostly served for breakfast in the U.S.
It’s hardly what I’d call healthy, containing far too much butter and sugar to be considered so. But it does look delicious, and is clearly something a lot of people were craving for their first meal today.
