I’m not going to dress this video up to be anything more than it is. Let’s be honest, both you and I are watching it to see a woman rolling around on the floor, opening her legs and displaying flexibility half naked.
It has got another reason to be on here though, it gives a good basic introduction to yoga; both the thinking behind the art and some of the basic exercises you can do to get started.
Unlike the other sexy yoga video I posted recently, this one has a girl quite appropriately dressed, and it’s not a spoof either. The thing that does it for me with this one is the sultry look on her face.
I’ve said it before and I’ll say it again; if everyone who took part in yoga looked like this then more people would take part. I wonder if this lady gives lessons, if so, where do I sign up?!
