It’s time to admit that I’m not very good at cooking. It’s not as though I’d starve if left to my own devices or anything but apart from eggs and baked potatoes with beans, I’m not great.
But I’m eager to learn, which is why I spend some time every week flicking through cookbooks or watching tutorial videos on the Web. The one above answers the question: How do you make cupcakes?
Even after watching this Cooking 101 video, I’m not entirely convinced I could manage to turn out some cupcakes good enough for sale at the local fare. But I will at least give it a go, and that’s surely all that matters.
Is it bad that at 31 years of age I have never cooked a roast dinner? Then again, isn’t that what mums and then girlfriends are for?
