Is it just me, or do none of the candy factory workers look very happy in this video?
Then again, if you work with food long enough, the word is you get sick of it. I think most people would be a bit upset about getting sick of chocolate.
Even though this video is obviously a bit date, I still think it’s cool to watch. A lot of techniques for making candy in this video are similar to what they still do today or haven’t changed since back then.
All I want to know is, has anyone seen, heard of, or tried one of these things?
