Those of you familiar with Howard Stern may know the radio king for his numerous phone pranks and celebrity interviews. What most people don’t know is that Stern actually helped talk down a suicide jumper back in 1994.

While he is mostly known for being vulgar and offensively honest, you can’t deny the fact that Howard Stern is an overall nice guy. Those doubting the authenticity of the clip (was it staged?) should know that this incident made headline news on TV back in 1994.
Furthermore, the Mayor of New York City even commended Stern for his work. As it turns out, the man who he talked down was a cocaine user.
