When you first get the glance up the mountain wall he is going to climb in this video, it doesn’t look that big. But as he goes along you realize it is a huge face, he has no ropes, and he scales a total of 400 ft. in less than 5 minutes.
I couldn’t even do it with a rope, a spotter and a helicopter. I am not as familiar with Dan Osman as others, but it appears he was a big man on campus for outdoor, extreme sports, dare devils in the 90’s.
Those thrills for chills finally caught up with Dan when a rope snapped during a daring bungee jump in the late 90s. This kind of insanity can only catch up to you, one day.
