Have you ever been to Germany and been on the autobahn? If you have, then you know it is a very fast-paced superhighway. So, knowing that, if you missed your exit would you pull over, make a u-turn, and drive the wrong way up the freeway towards cars going 80-plus miles per hour?
Well, that is exactly what this dumbass does! And it looks like those cars barely missed him.
