Who could ever have thought video footage of video game characters running would be so inspirational. Especially when set to stirring classical music.
This video shows a multitude of different character from old-skool computers going right. And that’s about it. This really shouldn’t be anything to write home about, but it turns out to be awesome.
We see the characters running, heading into danger in a bold and confident manner. Then tragedy befalls some of them, death, injury, disappointment. Doubt seeps in, they back off, but then they’re forging ahead once more, determined to take down whatever foe lies in their path.
Did I paint a rousing enough impression of the narrative? Even if not the video speaks for itself. Epic.
