As you’ve no doubt heard by now there’s a new Beauty and the Beast movie due out later this month. It stars Emma Watson as Belle and Luke Evans as Gaston.
This video shows Evans talking to Jimmy Kimmel all about Beauty and the Beast, and in particular about how he had to sing live for the director in order to land the part.
I’m not a huge fan of Emma Watson, as she comes across as a little stuck-up and precious in her interviews. But Luke Evans comes across as much more down to earth.
Beauty and the Beast is garnering mixed reviews, so this might not be the amazing live-action version of a Disney classic everyone was hoping for. Which is a shame.
