If you dropped your wallet would you expect to get it back? Especially in this day and age where we’re led to believe most people are dishonest douchebags?
Well, it turns out that people are much more honest and friendly than we’ve been led to believe. And this video has the proof, at least as far as the United States is concerned.
This guy sends 200 wallets out to U.S. cities and asks people to drop them in random places. He then collates the results, detailing who returned the wallets and who kept them.
I’m sure this experiment would garner different results in other countries, or even other cities. But it’s comforting to know most people have a good heart.
