Huh, so maybe that is why I feel so tired all the time. In today’s world, with internet, cell phones and the two synced up together, Americans are finding ways to put more hours into a seemingly 24-hour day.
Because technology follows us everywhere we go, from the bathroom to the beach, we have unfortunately become more adept at multi-tasking, therefore, work more hours into our day. But does that mean what we do in that time is still the same high quality it would be if we did it in less time?
I can certainly multi-task, but to talk and type something at the same time has still eluded me. When I try to do that, either what I said or what I typed makes absolutely no sense.
That is part of the problem, the work quality becomes less, even though we do more. My vote? Let’s slow it down and just stick to the 24 hours a day that is the essential amount of time to make the world turn.
