Yum! A shellfish that is easy to cook and relatively easy to eat? Sounds fantastic to me! You’d put more work into making the dipping sauce.
I didn’t eat a lot of seafood growing up, but after I moved to Melbourne, I fell in love with it – starting with sushi. Since my first taste of succulent salmon, I have been trying all sorts of seafood.
