Drivers don’t get much more mean spirited than this road menace from Plymouth. In this video we see him deliberately drive through a puddle to soak unsuspecting schoolkids.
He seems to be really getting off on the thought as he approaches the puddle. Quite frankly it’s disturbing to hear him gush and gloat!
But there is a sunny outcome to this story. Apparently the local police have tracked down the dirtbag and charged him with inconsiderate driving. The offense is set to cost the driver thousands of pounds.
The fine’s all well and good but I’d prefer a more fitting punishment. I say we should get the students to pelt him with water balloons … in winter. Who’s with me?
