Scientology tends to be the punchline of religions. After all, it was created on a bet by a science fiction writer, and Tom Cruise believes in it. Enough said really.
But as Jimmy Carr points out, is it fair to pick on Scientology just because it’s the new kid. Aren’t most religions just as ludicrous on paper?
