To say John Lennon and Paul McCartney worked well together is a definite understatement. These two legends were good apart, but great together. Hell, it turns out that is still the case today.
This video shows a mashup between Imagine by John Lennon and Band On the Run by Paul McCartney (or Wings) Take the instrumental version of Imagine and mix it with the acapella version of Band On The Run and you capture greatness.
OK, so Imagine is speeded up just a little, and Band On The Run is slowed down too, but who cares when the results are this good.
To me this shows how in tune with each other Lennon and McCartney were. Their music after The Beatles split up was lacking something… each other.
