I love YouTube’s new policy of allowing videos longer than 10 minutes, as it means we get to watch important events such as the National Convention speeches of the two men running for the White House.
Last week saw Democrat Barack Obama give an impassioned speech thanking his supporters and setting out his path to the White House. Now it’s the turn of Republican candidate John McCain.
The differences between the two candidates are astounding, and I’m not even talking race here. One is young, fresh faced, optimistic, forward thinking, and inspirational; the other is John McCain.
While I watched the whole of Obama’s speech, I admit to switching McCain’s off after 10 minutes. If this man becomes the next President of the United States, he’ll bore us all to death.
