Ahead of the British referendum on continuing membership of the European Union, John Oliver gave an impassioned speech calling on Brits to vote to Remain. Sadly, they voted to Leave.
This led Oliver to dedicate another short segment to the issue after finding out the result. And he clearly isn’t happy with the politicians responsible for Brexit.
Oliver addresses the immediate aftermath of the vote to Leave, with the value of the pound dropping and the stock market going tits up.
He also attacks the likes of David Cameron, the man who called the referendum in the first place, Boris Johnson, the man who led the Leave campaign purely to become Prime Minister, and Nigel Farage, the man who poisoned the well in the first place.
