Apparently coffee can make you a murderous monster. Well, at least that seems to be what Oldelaf thinks of the popular drink.
Don’t be fooled by the innocent animation, this is a very dark portrayal of our coffee-dependent society.
I’m not a coffee drinker, but I can relate to some of the scenes in the video due to the fact that a lot of my peers and family members are dependent on the caffeinated beverage. We’ve all seen the signs of a coffee addict: bloodshot eyes, jitters, and, of course, a lack of money.
Oldelaf, although a bit over-dramatic, does bring up a good point. Drinking excessive amounts of anything addictive will surely damage your health. At the same time, if it weren’t for Starbucks, I’m sure a lot of work wouldn’t get done.
