Melissa Leo Drops F-Bomb at Oscars Video | Best Supporting Actress Academy Awards Speech

Melissa Leo didn’t only become this year’s best supporting actress when she graced the 83rd Academy Awards stage. She also earned the dubious honor of becoming the first recipient in Academy Awards history to drop the F-bomb.

As the favorite to win for her performance in The Fighter, you’d think Leo would have a bit more composure. But instead the actress appeared refreshingly down-to-earth and genuinely thrilled by the gong.

She might cop a bit of flak for this speech, but I say more power to her. This speech was definitely the sunny spot in a very boring Oscars ceremony!
