Iain Lee has a radio show on Absolute, and at the end of last year he had Merton, the Chatroulette piano improvisation guy on as a guest. This video shows the highlights of that coming together.
This has to be one of the funniest videos I have seen in a long time. But then that could be because I like both Merton the piano improv guy best known for his work on Chatroulette, and Iain Lee.
Merton isn’t a one-trick pony, being able to not only cover almost any song you care to throw at him, but also to make original compositions up on the spot without any preparation time.
I think it helps that most of the people who call in to the Iain Lee radio show are about as mad as a box of frogs. The more loony they are, the easier it is for Merton to latch onto a recurring theme.
