Bulldogs’ full back Ben Barba scored one of the miraculous tries in rugby league history when his team took on the Newcastle Knights on the weekend. While the Dogs scored many points during that game, Barba’s four points were surely some of the most deserved.
I must admit, I wasn’t quite sure that this was a try when I saw it first. How could a man ground the football during such a spectacular somersault? But the video evidence is irrefutable. He did, because he’s just that good.
If this football thing doesn’t work out for him, I’m sure there’s a circus somewhere who’d happily sign him up!
